Membership & Data Specialist
Located: 195 Lambs Ln, Charlottesville, VA 22901
Reports to:
Area Director of Charlottesville/Albemarle
Position Status:
Full-Time, Non-exempt
Compensation:
$ /hour
What You'll Be Doing:
- Facilitating and managing the registration process for all Clubs
- Maintaining updates to the data tracking system, MyClubHub (MCH)
- Reviewing New Member Reports with Unit Directors
- Managing and maintaining all data related information, files, and records associated with MCH
- Pulling attendance and program reports daily and following up on missing data
- Maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of data within MCH
- Informing deliverables included in grant proposal
- Producing data and outcomes analysis and reporting in preparation for internal and external usage (for example: grant reports, individual donor reports, impact reports, stewardship)
- Preparing documentation for food reimbursement and program grants
- Creating healthy menus for food programs at Clubs
- Serving as the organizationwide educator, liaison, and point of contact for all aspects of MCH
- Providing regular reporting to BGCCVA departments including ADA reports, program attendance reports, member demographic information, etc.
- Collecting, recording, and reconciling all incoming funds for all Clubs with data from MCH and providing funds, logs, and data to the Finance team
- Creating and supports opportunities, systems, and expectations that promote an organizational culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Proficient knowledge of data and data retention policies
- Experience maintaining databases
- Strong organization, time management skills, and ability to prioritize
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, high level of energy and flexibility
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
Education and Certifications:
- High school diploma, Associate Degree or equivalent college credits preferred
Physical Requirements and Work Conditions:
- Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading
- Ability to work in an environment with frequent and severe auditory fluctuations
