PRESALES MANAGER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead membership presales efforts through lead generation follow ups, community outreach, and social media marketing
- Responsible for organizing leads and following up in a timely manner to close the sale
- Be available to be onsite to accept deliveries throughout the build out process and meet with potential vendors
- Assist with social media marketing to generate buzz and leads
- Responsible for hiring and training Front Desk Staff prior to grand opening
GENERAL MANAGER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a work week of a minimum of 40 hours
- Ability to train PT clients during regularly scheduled shifts with ability to train unlimited clients outside of core business hours and on weekends
- Responsible for overseeing open gym membership sales processes and systems
- Lead and coordinate initial and ongoing sales drivers (presale events, gym events, community outreach, social media marketing, etc.)
- Compliance and adherence to PUMP24 Business Policies for daily gym operations
- Monitor the hiring, training, and scheduling of all gym staff
- Build and maintain Personal Trainer Membership base through marketing and sales strategies
- Develop a high energy culture through member engagement and marketing tactics
- Model all studio activities through selfinvolvement (leading by example)
- Train and mentor subordinates for ongoing success and future growth
- Ensure PUMP24 branding through consistency and continuity in all actions
- Manage disciplinary actions involving all gym employees
- Responsible for meeting monthly performance metrics (KPIs) around revenue and recurring monthly gym and PT memberships
OPERATIONAL DUTIES
- Assist with POS / CRM software training and implementation
- Maintain a clean database of client information, including merging duplicate accounts, managing credit card declines, and ensuring expiring credit cards are updated prior to expiration
- Responsible for staff performance reviews
- Proactively build and maintain a client base for Personal Training services
, in addition to monitoring and assigning incoming PT leads to paying PT members - Ensure that all front desk systems are followed such as proper Member Check-In, Telephone Inquiries (general and sales related), Guest Registration, cash handling, delinquent account procedures, customer care calls, change requests, and document scanning
- Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally sound
- Submit payroll on a semimonthly basis to Director of Operations and manage gym staff timekeeping
- Submit daily reports around key KPIs as requested by leadership
Pay:
Up to $90,000.00 per year
