Overview:

Responsibilities:


Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated with the latest developments in data analytics, BI, and OAC technologies.
  • Recommend improvements to existing processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Provide training and support to team members as needed.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with business users and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
  • Present findings and insights to nontechnical audiences clearly and persuasively.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align data analysis efforts with organizational goals.

Business Intelligence

  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools, focusing on user experience and ease of understanding.
  • Create data visualizations that effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability in BI solutions.
  • Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) or experience with other tools
  • Utilize OAC tools and features to design, develop, and deploy analytics solutions.
  • Configure and maintain OAC environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Data Analysis

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support business strategies.
  • Clean, transform, and preprocess data for analysis purposes.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of strong SQL Query generation experience on Oracle

RDBMS:
knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL script writing is a plus

  • 3+ years of strong experience fulfilling customer adhoc data requests, producing structured/formatted reports
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on Business Intelligence and OAC (Oracle Analytics Cloud).
  • Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, and OAC technologies).
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Relevant certifications in data analytics, business intelligence, or Oracle technologies are a plus.
