- Greet members as they enter the branch and provide members with professional, high-quality service including handling each transaction in a friendly and courteous manner to its entirely, or if needed, direct the member to the appropriate person for assistance.
- Ensure all transactions are processed completely and accurately.
- Accurately balance cash drawer on a daily basis.
- Accurately and consistently comply with credit union standards, policies, and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Promote services to strengthen each member's relationship with the credit union and seek ways to provide greater financial value.
- Have obtained a high school diploma.
- Have strong communication skills and the ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people on a daily basis.
- Are punctual and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
- Have intermediate mathematical skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows software programs.
- Bilingual fluency preferred, but not required.
