    Description

    CoVantage Credit Union is looking to add a part time teller to our well-established Rib Mountain branch. This role offers a strong work-life balance while working for a mission based, family friendly organization. This position will be scheduled 20 hours per week.

    CoVantage invests in our team members The pay for this role is $ per hour, inclusive of a $1.25 per hour pay differential. Your starting pay rate will be based on your related experience and qualifications.

    Job Duties:

    • Greet members as they enter the branch and provide members with professional, high-quality service including handling each transaction in a friendly and courteous manner to its entirely, or if needed, direct the member to the appropriate person for assistance.
    • Ensure all transactions are processed completely and accurately.
    • Accurately balance cash drawer on a daily basis.
    • Accurately and consistently comply with credit union standards, policies, and applicable state and federal regulations.
    • Promote services to strengthen each member's relationship with the credit union and seek ways to provide greater financial value.
    This individual will work a varied schedule including working Saturday mornings.

    Qualifications:
    • Have obtained a high school diploma.
    • Have strong communication skills and the ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people on a daily basis.
    • Are punctual and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
    • Have intermediate mathematical skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows software programs.
    • Bilingual fluency preferred, but not required.
    As a CoVantage team member, you'll receive a 401k employer match of up to 200% and a bonus of annual salary up to 4%
