Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling cash transactions, and assisting with sales inquiries.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Promote sales of additional products or services
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or cashier roles is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Familiarity with wireless technology products is an advantage
- Excellent phone etiquette
