As an Office and IT Coordinator at Einride, you'll be part of a team of ambitious, creative, and kind-hearted individuals who love to challenge traditional thinking, dream big, and strive for excellence.

You'll be the go-to person for both the Office Services and IT departments at our dynamic Austin office, where we welcome around 20 people daily and serve as a hub for guests and remote team members.


This opportunity is ideal for a skilled administrative professional or office manager who has a passion for technology and an eagerness to explore the IT field.

We are seeking a conscientious, enthusiastic, service-oriented individual who is keen on continuous learning.

You will directly report to the Head of IT and benefit from the support and mentorship of our collaborative IT and Office Services teams.


What you'll be responsible for (Office):
  • Greeting visitors and managing the sign-in process
  • Overseeing the card access system
  • Acting as the point of contact for security and fire protection systems
  • Coordinating with local vendors, such as the landlord, maintenance, cleaning, and catering services
  • Managing suppliers and handling tasks like contract and invoice approvals
  • Maintaining office supplies, including stationery, pantry items, and sanitary products
  • Organizing internal and external mail, deliveries, and receipts
  • Planning and managing internal events like holiday celebrations and town hall meetings
  • Keeping the team informed of updates via Slack and creating staff guides on the internal wiki

What you'll be responsible for (IT):
  • Escalating complex tickets to your helpful team members in Sweden and receiving daily guidance on challenging issues
  • Assisting with troubleshooting AV equipment, printing, and other hardware problems in the conference rooms at our Austin office
  • Welcoming new team members and assisting them in setting up the necessary technology for their success
  • Managing orders for cell phones and laptops, overseeing subscriptions, and handling inventory maintenance
  • Embracing daily learning opportunities while tackling new technical challenges and working with innovative technologies

What we are looking for:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Commitment to being present at the office from 8:30 to 4:30 on weekdays
  • Eagerness to learn a wide range of technical skills, troubleshooting techniques, and documentation best practices
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive nature
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Openness to creativity and a curious mindset with an interest in technology
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace Suite is advantageous
  • Ideally, some experience with Windows, macOS, and/or Linux systems, demonstrating the ability to perform upgrades, install applications, and address common issues on at least one of these operating systems
