Description

Goodwin & Company is looking for a Groundskeeper/Common Area Cleaner to ensure day-to-day upkeep of a large master planned community in Spring -Falls at Imperial Oaks.

Assist with daily porter tasks, such as service requests and jobs at communities.
Respond to maintenance related issues in a timely manner.
Perform various maintenance functions including repairs to the following: electrical, plumbing, flooring, carpentry, grounds/landscaping maintenance as dictated by state guidelines.
Perform general carpentry duties such as wallboard repair, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, painting, and exterior building repairs.
Conduct general maintenance duties such as cleaning walkways, medians, main & section entrances, and other duties.
Purchase and plant new decorative bushes, flowers, plants, and shrubs.
Take out weeds and dead plants/materials.
Uphold the landscaping design, enhancement and ensure plant growth in all main & section entrances, medians, etc.
Responsible for work order systems accuracy by verifying all orders are completed in a timely manner to company standards and the client's satisfaction.
Supervise maintenance repairs to equipment, landscape structures, outdoor furniture, and walkways.
Check Community trash bins, dog waste stations and supply bin liners and dog waste bags on a weekly basis.
