Description

Deerfield Packaging is looking for hardworking, self-motivated individuals to assist with day-to-day production tasks and organization in the production and warehouse departments.

Job Characteristics

The Main function of the job will be to assist the machine operators? tasks needed to complete production goals.

Includes but not limited to:
Boxing, packaging, picking and general labor assistance in the production/ warehouse departments.

Machine operation may be required.

Required Skills:

Willing to take initiative and identify work needs
Close attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Able to work with a team to accomplish company goals
Strict attention to safety procedures and guidelines including wearing all personal protective equipment (PPE)
Willingness to keep and maintain a clean and safe work environment
Adherence to attendance policy
Required Education/Experience

High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education/Experience

1+ year in a manufacturing atmosphere would be helpful but not required.
