Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service and Equipment Coordinator.
In this critical role, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our equipment, fostering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule customer service requests, including equipment repairs, contracted maintenance, parts replacements, and warranty work.
Maintain a comprehensive service calendar within internal system, reflecting scheduled fieldwork, emergency services, and technician availability.
Process service orders, accurately capturing details on parts, labor, service provider commissions, billable services, and service contract maintenance.
Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance within our CRM and business systems.
Create and distribute work orders, clearly outlining service requirements, to internal technicians and authorized service providers.
Manage open service contracts, ensuring preventative maintenance is completed according to established schedules.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or coordination role.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) and business software systems.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
