POSITIONS DUTIES:


  • Perform new employee orientations.
  • Manages the employee benefits program for the organization, including insurance benefits and company 401(k) plan. Enrollments, changes, terms etc.
  • Maintaining employees attendance and accrual balances in labor tracking system.
  • Maintain employees FMLA information and reply accordingly.
  • Administering employee records ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Preparing monthly reviews for supervisors.
  • Investigate confidential issues/complaints and counsel personnel on employee relation issues.
  • Administer safety programs including annual training, issue vouchers for safety equipment.
  • Administer company uniform program.
  • Assist supervision in disciplinary matters or employee issues.
  • Keep up to date on government regulations affecting company polices and human resource practices. Ensure employees compliance with all company rules.
  • Annual review of company handbook.
  • Complete all annual reports, EEO1, 401k compliance testing, CMS, and other required.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 57 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Pay:
$60, $80,000.00 per year
