POSITIONS DUTIES:
- Perform new employee orientations.
- Manages the employee benefits program for the organization, including insurance benefits and company 401(k) plan. Enrollments, changes, terms etc.
- Maintaining employees attendance and accrual balances in labor tracking system.
- Maintain employees FMLA information and reply accordingly.
- Administering employee records ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Preparing monthly reviews for supervisors.
- Investigate confidential issues/complaints and counsel personnel on employee relation issues.
- Administer safety programs including annual training, issue vouchers for safety equipment.
- Administer company uniform program.
- Assist supervision in disciplinary matters or employee issues.
- Keep up to date on government regulations affecting company polices and human resource practices. Ensure employees compliance with all company rules.
- Annual review of company handbook.
- Complete all annual reports, EEO1, 401k compliance testing, CMS, and other required.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 57 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Pay:
$60, $80,000.00 per year
