Are you a plant lover? Do you long to spend your days outdoors in nature? Join our team Responsibilities would include rigorous plant care, some customer service, loading and unloading plant material, and site maintenance


Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plant care including identification pruning, watering, and fertilization
• Loading plant material and hard goods into customer vehicles
• Unloading plant material from delivery trucks
• Assist with visual merchandising plan, design and implementation
• Working with customers to pick out plant

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or completion of a degree in horticulture or a related field preferred, not required
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Selfdriven learner
• Must be able to lift and move 50lbs
