Jeweler Rüschenbeck has been family-owned for over 119 years and has become one of the largest and most significant jewelers in Europe.

In September/October 2024, we will open our new flagship store in the heart of Leipzig (Handelshof), covering over 800 m2 in the premium luxury segment.

We carry the most renowned Swiss watch brands as well as international jewelry brands and are currently seeking full-time or part-time watchmakers (m/f/d) for sales and service.

Your main responsibilities will include:
Providing comprehensive advice to our demanding national and international customers and selling luxury watches First-level support on site and technical support for the sales team Efficient and customer-oriented handling of all incoming customer inquiries (repairs, complaints, cost estimates, etc.) and coordination with our central watch workshop Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships; maintaining customer data in our CRM system Participation in events and marketing activities Inventory management and merchandise maintenance We are looking for someone with: Completed training as a watchmaker (m/f/d) and/or professional experience in specialty retail as well as in the repair/service of luxury watch models is desirable However, we are also open to giving newcomers (m/f/d) a chance and qualifying them for their new tasks Very good knowledge of German Self-initiative, commitment, flexibility, and service orientation Stylish appearance with impeccable manners We offer you: Performance-based compensation and a transparent commission model 6 weeks of annual leave An unlimited employment contract and
