General Summary:


Under general supervision, performs a variety of responsible technical, administrative and paraprofessional duties in support of the department operation or assigned project.


Typical tasks:


  • Assists with office and administrative support, including preparing correspondence, reports and other communication materials, responding to customers and the public
  • Archive and maintain data
  • Coordinates logistics for a variety of processes, activities and meetings
  • Conducts and responds to surveys and prepares related reports
  • Performs data queries within the department's various databases and produces reports
  • Participates in the preparation of material for newspapers, publications and/or websites
  • Clerk of the Board Duties
  • Compiling monthly agenda, orchestrating monthly Governing Board Meetings. Preparing minutes and authorizing approved agenda items
  • Form 700 Filing Officer
  • Annual filing of Board Members and Employees


  • Accounting Data Entry

  • Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Cash Receipts


  • Banking

  • Weekly deposits

Minimum Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year of experience
