Description
In this role, Spurwink Clinicians provide individual and family therapy in a school setting. Home and community-based sessions are also offered as needed.This position is year-round and is located at Leavitt Area High School, which is part of MSAD52 and includes students in grades 9-12 from the towns of Turner, Leeds and Greene.
Spurwink prioritizes quality supervision for clinicians, using a blend of individual and group formats to meet the licensing requirements and professional development needs.
Access to training of evidence-based treatment modalities is part of the Spurwink experience.A generous allowance is provided for therapy supplies, external trainings, and license reimbursement.
Fee for Service positions have a minimum billing expectation of 4 hours per day. MaineCare reimbursement rates range from $ $75.02 per clinical hour for conditionally and independently licensed clinicians. Private insurance rates vary depending on payer and licensure. Staff meeting/Supervision/Training is paid at an additional competitive rate.
Fee for Service clinicians will receive a weekly stipend for the first 6 weeks of employment while they grow their caseload.
This stipend will be paid in addition to any training/supervision/billable hours accumulated during that time period.We welcome the opportunity to discuss the clinical, administrative, and financial details of this role further with interested applicants.

Conduct psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and providing individual and family therapy.
Provide updates on treatment progress for managed care entries, clinical documentation, and electronic record keeping.
Interdisciplinary collaboration and strong networking skills are essential.
QUALIFICATIONS:
All applicants must possess a Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling, and Maine Licensure (LMSW-cc, LCSW, LCPC-c, or LCPC).
