Site Lead / Equipment Operator (Traveling)

Are you passionate about the outdoors, enjoy traveling, and possess expertise in heavy equipment machinery?

Heliovaas LLC. specializes in conducting pile driving and pull-testing on various project sites nationwide to evaluate the soil's strength for solar field development.

We are currently in search of a dynamic Site Lead / Equipment Operator to supervise multiple projects and lead a team of 2-4 workers across the United States.

The Site Lead / Equipment Operator must have proficiency in operating heavy machinery, problem-solving skills, and the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.

This individual will have a flexible schedule, requiring them to travel for approximately 3 weeks per month (excluding paid time off and holidays).

Responsibilities and Skills of Site Lead / Equipment Operator:

• Operate a variety of heavy equipment such as tele-handlers, backhoes, excavators, GAYK (for pile driving - training provided), skid steer
• Supervise and train team members
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations
• Collaborate with project managers
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and leadership abilities

Requirements:

• Experience in heavy equipment operation
• Proficient in driving a truck with a trailer for equipment transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License

Pay Range: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually
