At SignJive, client relationships are our top priority. We're looking for a dedicated and personable account manager to maintain client accounts and serve as our main point of contact. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive for providing exceptional customer service.

Our account managers serve as the liaison between SignJive and our customers. It is an account manager's responsibility to address customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships. You will work with multiple small accounts and larger ones. As the main point of contact for many clients, you will be in the business of providing timely customer service.

Objectives of this role

Work with your sales lead to assist or lead in all matters related to client concerns and needs
Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and orders

Responsibilities

Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
Do takeoffs for signage from customer supplied architectural prints
Generate quotes using QuickBooks
Organize permit documents
Work with the design team
Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive timely communication
Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress
Generate progress reports for clients and your sales lead within the organization

Required skills and qualifications

Professional experience in a sales or customer service role
Familiar with multifamily or other construction projects/coordination
Excellent and timely communication with clients
Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Note: This is an in office job, not remote. You may be required to travel on occasion to visit customer sites or supervise an installation for your clients.

Compensation: This job is a salaried position with commission.
