This role presents an exciting opportunity for those looking to kick-start their career in account management within the insurance industry.


Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their insurance needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction, identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling, and address any concerns.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients on insurance products, coverage options, and policy features.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including underwriting, claims, and customer service, to address client needs and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and market trends to provide proactive recommendations and solutions to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and account information using our CRM system.

Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Problemsolving mindset and ability to think critically to address client needs and resolve issues.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of account management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Prior experience in account management, customer service, or sales is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and navigating online platforms.

Pay:
$100, $150,000.00 per year
