    Description

    LaSalle Network has partnered with a global leader in the consumer goods field seeking to hire a contract Change Management Communications Lead. The client is a worldwide family-owned business committed to innovative, top-notch products and community involvement. With a strong focus on sustainability and a history spanning many years, they consistently maintain their position as an industry frontrunner.

    As a Change Management Communications Lead, you will have a crucial role in spearheading effective communication strategies to support organizational transformations. Working closely with diverse teams, you will create and implement communication plans that engage employees, promote comprehension, and ensure successful change integration. The perfect candidate will bring expertise in change communication, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and a demonstrated aptitude for navigating intricate organizational transitions.

    Change Management Communications Lead Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive change communication strategies in line with business goals and principles
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to grasp change initiatives and customize communication strategies accordingly
    • Identify and involve crucial stakeholders at various organization levels to ensure efficient communication and alignment with change objectives
    • Cultivate relationships with internal teams and leaders to gather insights and facilitate transparent communication channels
    • Produce clear, compelling, and audience-suited communication materials, such as emails, presentations, and other resources, to communicate change goals and advantages
    • Execute communication strategies to engage and empower employees throughout the change journey
    • Nurture a positive and transparent communication environment that facilitates a seamless transition during change phases

    Change Management Communications Lead Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in any field
    • 5+ years' experience in coordinating and planning communications
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering clear and concise communication plans/messages across various channels to key stakeholders
    • Strategic thinker with excellent listening skills, able to assess the impact of technological changes on stakeholders and the global workforce
    • Project Management skills - adept at handling multiple projects, sharing outcomes with project teams, and adjusting as necessary to meet deliverables timelines
    • Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and frequently evolving environment

    Please note this is a contract role running until December 2024.
