Job Requirements

• Education Requirements: Valid Illinois RN license.
  
• Certifications Requirements: AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
  
• Experience Requirements: At least 2 years of recent Tele/Med/Surg RN experience.
  
• Other Requirements: Ability to perform phlebotomy, read and interpret strips, resilience, adaptability, excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to Tele/Med/Surg patients in a fast-paced hospital setting.
  
• Perform phlebotomy procedures and accurately interpret strips for clinical assessments.
  
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  
• Document patient information thoroughly using Meditech or other electronic health records.
  
• Float to various units as needed, supporting different patient needs and assisting with additional ADL tasks.
