• Minimum 1 year experience as a front desk coordinator
• Passionate about the health & wellness industry.
• Basic knowledge of aesthetic services: laser hair removal, body sculpting and wellness/optimization procedures such as Testosterone Replacement Therapy, PRP injections.
• Excellent phone skills
• Good listening skills
• Trustworthy, hardworking, and reliable
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to multitask, have exceptional attention to detail and work independently
• Ability to complete tasks ontime with accuracy
• Respectful of client privacy and understands discretion (HIPAA)

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Interact with clients and staff in a friendly and professional manner at all times
• Provide enthusiasm, empathy and overall warm hospitality for all clients
• Check clients in and out of appointments, obtaining consent forms, pulling charts and filing
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, confirm upcoming appointments, and make follow up calls
• Update practice CRM system and client electronic records with accuracy
• Address and troubleshoot client concerns and complaints
• Assist with marketing tasks (local events, social media platforms etc
• Assist in disinfecting and preparing the treatment rooms between clients to keep appointments running on time
• Collecting and handling payments
• Stock brochures and replenish office supplies
• Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the facility daily (sanitizing, disinfecting etc.)

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
