Your mission? To infuse every member of our team with the knowledge, skills, and enthusiasm needed to showcase the unparalleled value of a LegalMatch Account to attorneys far and wide.

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to sales teams
Evaluate and enhance existing training programs to meet evolving needs
Serve as a resource for team members, providing guidance and support
Conduct thorough needs assessments and address objections effectively
Lead by example, demonstrating strong sales techniques and strategies
Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure sales excellence

Qualifications:

We're looking for trailblazers with a minimum of 2+ years in a Sales Trainer/Coaching capacity (4+ years preferred)
Ability to analyze training needs and develop effective solutions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detailoriented with a commitment to excellence

Competitive base salary plus monthly bonus opportunities based on personal performance.

Pay:
$55, $80,000.00 per year
