Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. This is a vital role in our organization, ensuring that financial transactions are recorded correctly and efficiently.


Duties:

• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records
• Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees
• Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to identify discrepancies
• Perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy of accounts
• Assist with clerical tasks related to bookkeeping, such as data entry and filing
• Provide support for technical accounting issues as needed
• Process accounts payable and ensure timely payment to vendors
• Maintain accurate and uptodate general ledger accounting

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Strong analytical skills for account analysis and reconciliation
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Note:
All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
