    Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PEGA Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing sophisticated solutions using PEGA PRPC technology in support of our business needs. If you are passionate about developing high-quality, scalable applications and are proficient in PEGA systems, we encourage you to apply.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and develop advanced applications using PEGA PRPC tools and lead the integration process with external services.
    • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements and deliver results aligned with strategic goals.
    • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, including code reviews and mentoring sessions.
    • Optimize application performance and maintain compliance with PEGA best practices.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues, ensuring robustness and scalability of PEGA solutions.
    • Document application development processes, technical specifications, and architecture designs.
    • Stay updated with the latest PEGA technologies and enhancements to bring innovative solutions and improvements to existing systems.
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or higher PEGA certification.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in PEGA systems development.
    • Strong understanding of PEGA PRPC toolset and integration capabilities.
    • Proficiency in Java and web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
    • Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
