Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide personal assistant support to executives as needed
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files for easy retrieval
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Utilize computerized systems for data entry, scheduling, accounting purposes and other office tasks
  • Assist in training and developing team members to maintain a highperforming workforce
  • Work closely with the GM, other city agency staff, volunteers, and local authorities to achieve the shelter's goals and fulfill its mission.
  • Assist in documenting client interactions, service provision, and any incidents or concerns that arise. Prepare reports and updates for supervisors agency as required.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to achieve revenue and profit goals.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in hotel operations or hospitality management roles.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
