Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal assistant support to executives as needed
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files for easy retrieval
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Utilize computerized systems for data entry, scheduling, accounting purposes and other office tasks
- Assist in training and developing team members to maintain a highperforming workforce
- Work closely with the GM, other city agency staff, volunteers, and local authorities to achieve the shelter's goals and fulfill its mission.
- Assist in documenting client interactions, service provision, and any incidents or concerns that arise. Prepare reports and updates for supervisors agency as required.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to achieve revenue and profit goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in hotel operations or hospitality management roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
