Job Details

Base Pay:
$55,000 per year


Bonus Potential:
Up to $35,000 per year

Areas of Responsibility:


  • Ensure the highest level of customer service
  • Responsible for hiring, training, managing and retaining team members
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or inquiries
  • Manage shifts with prioritization based upon store needs and tasks
  • Ensure conditions across the store exceed company standards
  • Manage inventory and implement inventory and marketing plans
  • Analyze store trends and financial data in order to maximize sales and profitability
  • Evaluate results and trends from audits, implementing policies and procedures to amplify sales and use data to minimize inventory losses and writeoffs
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and company policies and procedures

Basic Qualifications:


  • Management experience in retail, food or fuel is required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Natural leader, effective motivator and communicator

Additional Requirements:


  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Must be flexible with hours
  • Must be flexible with location
  • Must have a valid driver's license and own form of transportation
