    Removery was formed in 2019 through a merge of the four leading tattoo removal brands in North America. The underlying businesses have operated a combination of 20+ years and have performed more than 800,000 treatments, enabling us to offer clients an unrivaled treatment experience. Based in Austin, TX, Removery is the only scaled, pure play provider of laser tattoo removal services in the world. We use best in class technology utilizing the innovative PicoWay laser equipment to remove tattoos safely and effectively. The foundation is in place to build a network of 400+ locations across the US, Canada, and Australia over the next 5 years.

    POSITION OVERVIEW
    The Onboarding Trainer is a Lead Level position that reports to the Talent Development Manager and plays a pivotal role in the onboarding process of the new hire. Their focus will be on the creation and delivery of materials that provide effective, engaging and results-driven training. They must have excellent presentation skills and the ability to motivate, teach and inspire staff. They will monitor participants results and use to improve or enhance training and provide additional development programs. Collaboration with the stakeholders and business line leaders in the formulation of learning strategies, programs, and the associated learning materials, multimedia, and job aids may be required.

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

    Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
    • Facilitate in-person (classroom) and virtual training programs.
    • Ensure that training content continues to evolve based on updates in business operations and clinical protocol.
    • Build and contribute to a library of learning resources for new and tenured team members.
    • Motivates and educates team members on Removery culture, a meaningful client experience, and the technical skill sets that allows team members to conduct safe, effective, and optimal treatments.
    • Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders in the formulation of learning strategies, program and learning materials.
    • Skilled in presenting information using a variety of techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures.
    • Create assessment measures, including knowledge checks, course evaluations and tests that gauge a new team members' readiness to treat clients.
    • Evaluate and certify a trainee's capability to treat in accordance with Removery's clinical protocol.
    • Identify performance gaps and providing strategic guidance and support for improvement.
    • Keen ability to adjust training based on audience learning style and opportunities.
    • Provide structured training support and follow up to field organization for both newly hired associates and established staff.
    • Monitor program effectiveness and making improvements, as necessary.

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS
    • Experience and aptitude for Training, Training Management, Performance Management, and Orienting Employees
    • Successful track record in motivating and building teams and developing strong talent to achieve desired goals
    • Bachelor's degree preferred but equivalent experience can substitute
    • 5+ years successful consultative sales and/or laser technician experience and/or facilitation experience
    • Zenoti experience a plus
    • Experience within the field of sales, laser technician, operations, customer service and/or with the design, development, and production of learning materials and collateral pertaining to sales, treatments, and client experience
    • Passion for learning and teaching
    • Consistent professionalism and a positive attitude, including embracing and navigating change
    • Skilled in delivering feedback to new hires
    • Knowledgeable of adult learning methodologies
