    About the Role:
    You think you've got what it takes to be a Senior Technical Sales Instructional Designer?

    • Can you simplify complex topics and craft engaging learning experiences that stick?

    • Are you a pro at creating impactful slides and written content?

    • Have you developed courses that are easily deliverable in various formats - in person, online, and pre-recorded using Learning Management Systems?

    • Have you personally produced recorded material blending visuals and narratives, creating video, audio, and other learning aids?

    • Do you have a track record in designing training for both technical skills and soft skills?

    • Can you weave a compelling narrative that enhances learning?


    What You'll Do:

    • Develop, improve, and maintain course material covering cybersecurity and soft skill aspects for solution architects and partner organizations

    • Establish and manage partner onboarding and certification programs.

    • Create high-quality written content, presentations, and course material for seamless integration into the LMS.

    • Deliver top-notch video presentations on various CrowdStrike product modules.

    • Lead learning projects by coordinating meetings, facilitating discussions, engaging SMEs, and setting clear milestones for deliverables.

    • Conduct thorough analysis of training requests to ensure accuracy and effort estimation for course development.

    • Efficiently collaborate and manage global teams and partners using distance learning technology.

    • Develop material for delivery via a learning management system.

    • Act as a subject matter expert assisting trainers and consultants in refining course content for customized delivery.

    • Manage course data and material in the learning management system to optimize service delivery.


    What You'll Need:
    Successful candidates will have experience in at least one of the following areas and a background in education. Teaching experience, although not mandatory, is beneficial for this role.

    • Experience creating technical content for a diverse audience range, from support technicians to executives.

    • Proficiency in eLearning tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline Suite, Vyond, and Canva.

    • Expertise in Incident Response, Network Operations, Sales support, or relevant domains.


    Additionally, all candidates must demonstrate:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Ability to meet deadlines independently.

    • Interest in continuous growth in technical and soft skills.

    • Strong project management abilities.

    • Capability to maintain a positive work environment and attitude.


    Education:
    Applicants should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields including Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related disciplines. Equivalent industry or military experience is a valuable asset.

    Bonus Points:

    • Prior experience in HR, Consulting, Technical Training, or Sales Engineering is beneficial.

    • Background in a high-growth tech or cybersecurity firm.

    • Over 2 years of facilitating employee training, either in-person or virtually.

    • Understanding of sales processes from customer interest to post-sales adoption.
