Our client, a Global Bank, is currently seeking a Director for their Project Finance team in Middletown.

In this role, you will be responsible for originating Renewable Energy transactions across Europe.

Responsibilities:

Evaluating project finance proposals, analyzing specific information and related cashflows, and structuring appropriate loan terms and conditions from a risk/return perspective, while providing recommendations to senior management.
Ability to manage existing customer relationships and develop new customer opportunities in corporate lending.
Overseeing the existing loan portfolio from a credit and risk perspective, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and best practices.
A proven track record of achieving agreed goals independently or as part of a team.

Key Skills Required:

Experience in Project Finance, Structured Finance, or Corporate Banking.
Strong relationship building and management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills and a track record of developing written materials, such as reports.
Strong analytical skills and experience in achieving well-managed growth while maintaining a robust credit culture and standards.
Leadership experience.
