During your time at one of our consulting offices (ideally located near your place of residence), you will experience firsthand the interaction with our clients and learn the key aspects of consulting, customer service, and acquisition.

The vocational school and in-house training will take place in Stuttgart, Mainz, or Karlsruhe, which may require you to have multiple places of residence - a great opportunity to get out of your comfort zone.

According to the collective agreement for the public banking sector, you will receive a competitive apprenticeship salary that will make you financially independent: 1,241.50 / 1,308.67 / 1,375.83 euros gross in the 1st / 2nd / 3rd year of apprenticeship.

This sales-oriented training will lead you directly to your professional independence. As a freelance sales representative, you will work at your own consulting office and build your own customer base. Your career path will be accompanied by additional seminars and the practical development of your sales skills.
