HELP DESK TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities:
-
Maintain documentation of requests, interventions, and resolutions in our IT support database for compliance and diagnostic purposes. Report recurring problems and patterns of issues to aid in long-term improvements.

Assist in the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment, and software within established standards and guidelines.

Windows 10/11 setup and profile configuration along with software install and configuration.

Network printer and mobile devices support.

Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.

Be proactive in anticipating and resolving issues before they escalate.
