    Description
    job summary:
    The Quality Engineer will oversee quality-related endeavors encompassing both new product development and continuous improvement efforts. They will lead various activities such as product qualification testing, customer complaint analysis, and internal audits. Additionally, they will develop and sustain technical quality plans, review design drawings, and implement problem-solving techniques to ensure product excellence. The ideal candidate will possess organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a scientific/engineering field with a minimum of 2 years' experience in manufacturing/quality/engineering.

  • Proficiency in ISO 9001 requirements and the ability to interpret design drawings and schematics.

  • Communication skills for internal and external issue resolution and formal presentations.

  • Experience in solving complex non-conformances through the CAPA process.

  • Organizational skills with the ability to initiate and complete tasks in a timely manner. Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma, SPC methodologies, FMEA, military standards, and SAP functions.

  • Previous experience in high-volume product manufacturing.
