Customer Service Representative:

Our organization is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service Team.

In this role you will assist call in customers with questions regarding orders placed, delivery tracking, billing inquiries, assisting with compliments or complaints.

You will be the voice of the company ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

A successful Customer Service Representative will possess a high level of communication skill including a solution-based mindset, conflict resolution skills, and professionalism.

Painful Pleasures manufactures and distributes high-quality tattoo machines, needles, inks, and after care products. We have manufactured and distributed high quality tattoo materials and fashion jewelry for 13+ years. As this dynamic industry has grown, we have also seen exponential growth.

Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative you will spend your days doing the following:

Processing orders that are placed via our order platforms
Developing and maintaining outstanding working relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
Working closely with the supervisor and the team to learn your role
Participating in cross training to enhance the dynamic nature of the team and expand your skill set
Working closely with management regarding orders, back orders, and returns.
Assisting in solving customer complaints regarding sales and service with a positive solutionbased mindset
Processing orders in Shopify and Magento
Assisting new ecommerce customers with account set up guidance and questions
Collaborating with warehouse team, purchasing team, and other managers to optimize customer satisfaction
Quickly learning and adapting to our software systems

Job Qualifications/Experience:

Associate's degree or 2 years of related experience
Ecommerce / Order to Cash / Customer Service / Order Entry
Netsuite / SAP / Salesforce experience a plus
Grace under pressure the ability to assist and find a positive answer to the problem presented

Compensation:

Compensation package includes a competitive hourly rate and a company benefits package.
Fulltime
Monday through Friday typically hours may fluctuate during busy times including weekends
