  • You have gained initial experience in Asset Management or a comparable role and want to further develop both professionally and personally in this field

Your Tasks

  • Expert advice and competent contact for investors and developers in the buying and selling of real estate
  • Independent execution of Technical Due Diligence in purchase and sale examinations of existing properties or project developments with various uses
  • Initiation and establishment of new ideas, processes, and innovative business models in real estate consulting
  • Development of feasibility studies and presentation of sustainable, innovative, and economic concepts
  • Independent execution of consulting projects regarding strategy, organization, and processes
  • Independent networking and maintenance of contacts with investors, owners, and users
  • Development, presentation, and implementation of concepts and solutions for our clients
  • Preparation of profitability analyses and investment analyses
