    Description
    Marathon TS is hiring a Oracle Cloud HCM Developer to support our client in the Washington, DC area.

    This is a 100% remote role, and the best candidate will be a US citizen and have the following skills:

    The Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formula Developer will work with project teams and client stakeholders to implement Cloud solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM Cloud products.

    The resource must have hands on technical experience with Oracle Benefits, Time and Labor, Absence Management and Payroll and across the major Oracle Cloud HCM processes integrating with payroll.

    Knowledge of Benefits and payroll business processes, tasks, and underlying table structure. The Fast Formula developer will be directly responsible with fast formula design, development and unit testing. The FF developer will also support product and integration testing as appropriate.
