Sports Facility / Event Management Employee (m/f/d) We are looking for you for the Department of Sports and Exercise of the state capital Stuttgart.

The position is permanent. Sports and exercise are of great importance for a functioning urban society.

The sports policy objective is to strengthen and develop the sports and exercise-friendly state capital Stuttgart in a future-oriented manner.

To achieve this, the Department of Sports and Exercise operates various training and sports event facilities in the city of Stuttgart.


Your main tasks:
You are responsible for the overall coordination of currently seven assembly and sports facilities.

Your tasks also include building management, including the development and optimization of facilities with creative and alternative solutions, as well as planning and coordinating maintenance measures.

You also work in the event management, especially at the GAZi Stadium on the Waldau and the SCHARRena. In addition, you are responsible for special tasks, especially in the areas of digitization and sustainability. You are the contact person for administrative questions regarding ongoing operations and accompany renovations and expansions. Changes or additions to the area of responsibility are reserved.


Your profile:

Degree as a Diplom Verwaltungswirt/-in or Bachelor of Arts Public Management or a comparable university degree, Verwaltungsfachwirt/-in (former Angestelltenlehrgang II) or comparable qualification or corresponding skills and experience.

Openness to topics in the field of sports and exercise. Good manners in dealing with both our customers and our partners in the city administration
