Troubleshoot dish machine operations and correct mechanical problems.
Upsell and crosssell additional products and services to customers.
Provide oncall emergency service.
Collect customer payments and consistently followup to ensure accounts are current.
Deliver and pickup chemicals.
Build rapport with decision makers.
Resolve customer concerns.
Train customers on proper usage of cleaners & sanitizers.
Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases.
