Our client is a successful construction company based in Berlin, operating nationwide.

We are currently seeking a Creditors Accountant (m/f/d) to join their accounting team through a Try & Hire arrangement in Osceola, AR.


Responsibilities:


  • Recording, verifying, coding, and posting of incoming invoices
  • Preparation and execution of payments
  • Posting of bank transactions
  • Posting and reconciliation of fixed assets
  • Account reconciliation and clarification
  • Support in monthly and annual financial statements
  • Maintenance of master data
  • Correspondence and phone calls with suppliers and internal departments

Requirements:


  • Completed commercial education
  • Proven experience in accounting, preferably in the construction or real estate industry
  • Indepth knowledge of German Commercial Code (HGB) and VAT law in the context of invoice verification
  • Proficient in using an ERP system and MS Office
  • Good written and spoken German skills
  • Responsible and independent work ethic
  • High reliability, communication skills, team spirit, and openness to new tasks
