As part of our recent achievement, we have secured a significant contract with AT&T, leading to our need for a dedicated professional to join our team as an Entry Level Sales Assistant.

In this role, you will collaborate with the Customer Service and Sales teams, engaging regularly with potential customers.

The Entry Level Sales Assistants' primary responsibilities will include conducting informative product and service presentations tailored to meet customer needs, building genuine relationships to enhance client loyalty, and ensuring customer satisfaction with AT&T.

Responsibilities for the Entry Level Sales Assistant:

Maintain a thorough understanding of AT&T's products and services, including new promotions, installation processes, and account support services.
Engage with internal and external customers, delivering comprehensive product presentations aligned with their preferences.
Assist in order processing and meticulously document customer interactions in compliance with established policies and regulations.
Cultivate authentic relationships with customers to foster client loyalty, driving increased retention and satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for both new and existing customers.
Provide outstanding customer service and account support by establishing rapport and trust.
Utilize relationshipbuilding techniques to identify new business opportunities and generate referrals.

Entry Level Sales Assistant Skills and Requirements:

Prior years of experience in customer service, sales, or a customer base role.
Strongly regarded: Experience in a retail or hospitality environment is a plus.
Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with team members, customers, and clients.
Regular availability to work at our corporate office location.
Desire to be part of a team and organization that prioritizes employee wellbeing and personal and professional development.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in negotiation and presentation.

Pay:
$3, $4,600.00 per month

Shift:
