Summary:

Location (Wilmington, NC, Austin, TX, Remote):

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the R&D product strategy and roadmap in alignment with the company's vision and goals.
Lead and mentor a team of product managers and technical experts, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform R&D product decisions.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product prototyping and iteration.
Inspire a shared vision across the organization to build the next generation of digital banking solutions.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure R&D product success and drive continuous improvement.
Act as the primary point of contact for all productrelated questions related to your solutions, both internally and externally.
Manage the R&D product lifecycle for your team from ideation to prototype, ensuring products meet futurefacing customer needs and business objectives.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting the digital banking sector.
Deliver powerful demonstrations of R&D product capabilities to stakeholders and potential clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in product management or commensurate success in a product ownership or product strategy role
Strong understanding of digital banking, financial services, and fintech industries is a plus.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful R&D product strategies and roadmaps.
Handson experience with artificial intelligence, large language models, and prompt engineering; using generative AI to solve problems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment where priorities shift based on new information.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
