This Dealership is seeking rockstar receptionists. These team members will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the dealership.

You'll will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, therefore, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This role starts at $15 per hour and includes benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and employee discounts. It also acts as a fantastic stepping stone within our organization.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome customers and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Schedule appointments for customers and coordinate with the sales and service teams
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure it is neat and organized at all times
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and recordkeeping
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
  • Provide support to the sales and service teams as needed
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customerfacing role preferred
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of office equipment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • A team player with a positive attitude
