Join Hit Promotional Products as a Customer Service Representative in Milwaukee, WI, and become an integral part of our industry-leading team.
As the liaison between customers and our sales or production departments, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Following a probationary period, we offer a hybrid schedule with two remote days weekly, providing flexibility and work-life balance for our valued team members.
Essential Functions:
- Communicate with customers to gather order requirements and collect production specifications.
- Complete preproduction order specification forms, detailing job parameters.
- Coordinate the handling of customer prepress materials and specifications for printing or embroidery jobs.
- Prepare all written quotes and proposals.
- Maintain a daily update of production schedules, noting any deviations.
- Handle phone inquiries regarding job status, estimates, orders, changes, and complaints.
- Keep department managers informed about job status and any issues that arise.
- Maintain a focus on detail orientation and uphold a high degree of quality control.
- Ensure cleanliness of work area and equipment.
