STARK is seeking to hire an experienced Luxury Sales Professional with a proven sales track record, for our Crystal Tree by STARK Showroom in North Palm Beach, FL.

This role includes selling to the trades (Interior Designers, Architectural Firms).

  • Base pay commensurate with experience. Eligible for additional sales commission and/or sales incentive bonus_

Responsibilities:


  • Advise clients on product and design.
  • High end sales to both retail and interior design clientele
  • Stay updated on interior design trends, color schemes, to assist clients in making aesthetically pleasing choices. Offer design suggestions and explain how different options can enhance the overall look and feel of a space
  • Develop a strong understanding of product.
  • Provide accurate quotations based on customer requirements and budget limitations.
  • Provide excellent client service throughout the sales process, including promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and following up after installations. Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare sales quotes to initiate and close sales.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:


  • Must be available to work Saturdays
  • Must possess a strong interest in the interior design trade as well as interpersonal, communication and computer skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of carpet qualities, attributes and manufacturing techniques preferred (not required).
  • Luxury and highend sales experience preferred.
