Overview:

Duties:


  • Provide information about DMV services
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to promote special offers
  • Maintain customer records and update account information

Requirements:


  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend solutions
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM software
