Summary:
The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in the smooth operation of a warehouse facility.
Their primary responsibilities typically include picking, kitting, packaging, and other logistic duties within the warehouse in accordance with applicable safety, quality and productivity standards, instructions, and rules.
III/ MISSIONS AND ACTIVITIES
FITTING AND MANUFACTURING
- Familiarity with Wiring Harness components
- Prepare materials for manufacturing operations and assemble various harness material kits.
- Utilize Labels Printing devices for Label Kit printing. (when needed)
- Shipping and Packaging responsibilities
- Follow FOD (Foreign Object Debris) procedures
- Provide support for Inventory and Logistics activities: Conduct inventory of components onsite as scheduled, and assist with material reception activities as necessary.
COMPLIANCE WITH COMPANY RULES
- Ensure that The Associate's workstation is clean and tidy before beginning work and at the end of the shift.
- Comply with company rules as well as health and safety regulations.
- Uphold the applicable FOD procedure.

- The work is in the receiving area with a moderate noise level.
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time while repairing equipment.
- Ability to see details of objects that are less than a few feet away.
- See differences between colors, shades, and brightness, in accordance with products definitions.
- Use fingers to grasp, move or assemble very small objects while making repairs.
- Hold arm and hand in one position or hold the hand steady while moving arm when soldering and performing other repairs.
Experience and Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a warehouse or related field
Knowledge of inventory management, shipping, and receiving processes
Ability to work quickly and accurately
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
