Responsibilities:
Verify and distribute parts in a timely, accurate and efficient manner, in accordance with center procedures, which allows teammates to complete repairs in a timely mannerCheck in, tag, and distribute parts immediately upon receipt or by 9am for overnight deliveriesVerify correct parts with mirror matchDistribute parts to Parts Carts/Containers and deliver to workstationsPost and scan partsReturn and re-order incorrect or damaged partsTrack incomplete order status (outstanding orders, backorders, and credits) and follow up as necessaryComplete parts hot runs as necessaryMaintain pending credits at zeroKeep work area clean and well organizedQualifications: Must be at least 18 years of ageValid Driver's License RequiredAbility to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-personStrong organizational skillsGeneral parts knowledge preferredMust be able to lift to 50 poundsSuccessful completion of background check requiredBehaviors/Competencies: Integrity-Respect and accountability at every level and every interactionCustomer Service-Provide the highest level of customer service while building customer satisfaction and retentionInnovation
