Your primary responsibility will be to review and verify various records and information, while actively contributing to a positive workplace culture that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and enjoyment.

Duties
As a CSR, your main duties include but are not limited to:

• Answering incoming phone calls
• Logging customer details and comments in our system
• Provide information and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner
• Utilize customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and provide suggestions to management
• Make outbound customer follow up calls
• Taking customer payments and logging them in
