For our client in Dresden, we are looking for an employee for financial accounting (m/f/d).

Tasks:

  • Internal contact person for questions in the field of accounting
  • Examination, classification and booking of all ongoing business transactions, especially incoming invoices, reconciliation of accounts and subsidiary books as well as clarification/monitoring of open items, dunning process
  • Processing of monthly reporting processes
  • Processing of reports to the Federal Bank
  • Participation in the preparation of the annual financial statements according to HGB and tax law

Job Requirements:

  • Successfully completed vocational training, preferably as a certified accountant, tax clerk or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience desirable
  • Proficient knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. software proALPHA, accounting software)
  • Knowledge of VAT law
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Analytical thinking and numerical understanding
  • Independent, structured and precise work
  • Team player with the ability and willingness to take on responsibility
