The OpportunityKey Responsibilities
- Perform aseptic techniques for the preparation, cultivation, and harvesting of microbial cultures.
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Monitor and document production processes, including data collection and analysis.
- Participate in the development and optimization of manufacturing protocols and procedures.
- Assist in inventory management and procurement of lab supplies and materials.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including R&D, quality control, and regulatory affairs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in microbiology, biology, biotechnology, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience working in a microbiology lab or manufacturing environment. 13 years.
- Proficiency in aseptic techniques and sterile processing.
- Knowledge of cGMP regulations and quality systems.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problemsolving skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
- Highly organized, capable of managing tasks efficiently, and good recordkeeping
- Committed to accuracy, work flows, systems, and processes.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Selfmotivated, professional, detailoriented, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Accepts constructive criticism gracefully, embraces idea exchanges, and maintains an open mind
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with microbial fermentation and bioreactor operations.
- Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) or similar platforms.
- Training in safety protocols, including hazardous waste handling and chemical safety.
- Proficiency with working in Google Business Platform or the use of Microsoft products.
Pay:
$65, $70,000.00 per year
