We're inventing something: The Process Management department provides wastewater treatment and sludge treatment and incineration at the Köhlbrandhöft and Dradenau treatment plants in North Richmond. Show your knowledge of the plant processes, use the latest technology to keep everything running, and discover the diversity of the treatment plants with your colleagues.

Here's what you'll do with us:
  • Lead a team of 4 and organize shift schedules
  • Ensure proper operation of the incineration plants in the treatment plant network, consisting of three fluidized bed incinerators, including flue gas cleaning systems, as well as a gas and steam turbine process with heat recovery
  • Create and conduct regular reports and presentations for department and group management
  • Ensure an economical and technically optimal process as well as work and process quality within the team
  • Interdisciplinary responsibility for implementing measures and switching operations
Here's what you'll bring with you:
  • Successfully completed technical or industrial training with additional qualification as an industrial/craft/wastewater/electrical master in power plant technology or comparable skills and knowledge
  • Experience in team leadership
  • Comprehensive knowledge of process engineering in power plant technology
  • Familiar with technical regulations and workplace-specific software such
